New features 2025 in Microsoft Dynamics D365BC

One of the feature which is planned to release for April 2025 is “Chat with Copilot to learn how to use installed add-on apps”

This feature is different from the base Copilot feature which already exists in the Business central.

With this new feature, it will be possible to ask a question or get help from the Copilot for the extension pages, Features, Add-ons apps which are installed in Business central

Feature details:

Copilot’s chat capabilities have been enhanced with the following:

• Users can ask questions about content from the Installed add-on apps, such as new pages, fields and business processes.
• Copilot explains and guides based on the documentation provided by the apps installed in your business central environment.
• The Ask Copilot icon is available in tooltips for custom fields that originate from installed apps.
